The club varies its weekly training programme and location between Summer and the
rest of the
year.
A typical training session will begin with a quick warmup and some personal skills
practice. We
then divide the players into two teams as fairly as we can.
Depending on which venue we are at, and how many players have turned up for the session
we will
play 4 against 4 or 5 against 5.
Players substitute rapidly because it is hard work!
Typically we will get anything between 8 and 20 players turning up, dependent on weather,
time of
year, what's on TV, etc.
